Such a simple thing . . . Soup.

If you are looking for a recipe for making a difference, consider the fare served by the Soupers at North Shore Congregational Church.

Call it soup that feeds the spirit as well as the body and count members and friends of NSCC among its grateful recipients.

The Soupers fill the church kitchen with delicious smells, just like Mom's! Through their group efforts, the church freezer is kept stocked with nutritious soups and meals for families facing illness or other pastoral care issues.

If you would like to join a fun loving, caring group of ladies, please consider this your invitation. They share many happy moments and have been known to "giggle" at a good joke. The fellowship, sharing and acceptance of one and all is beyond compare.

But the Soupers also do much more for hospitality at North Shore! They worked hard to help with the major reconstruction of the kitchen, and can often be found there, preparing suppers for our Wednesday Evening Classes and providing many other fellowship meals. If you like to chop and stir and enjoy working with other cooks, please contact the church.

The Soupers also bake dozens of yummy cookies to support the Christmas Cookie Bake Sale. The sale supports NSCC Mission and Outreach fund.
